Choice of company form
There are several important elements in the choice of company form in Norway. Both share capital, employees and recruitment, number of partners and owners, board and nationalities are among parameters that play a role in the choice of company form. With solid knowledge of legislation, as well as a good network, we can assist in this process and provide advice at all levels.

Get help with the practicalities
We help with the actual registration of the company with the Brønnøysund Register Centre, which is the Norwegian answer to the CVR register. We provide, among other things, necessary company documents, Norwegian social security numbers to board members and the establishment of accounts and audits. We start from the individual company and draw up a tailor-made plan that ensures that the goals are achieved.

Requirements and approvals especially for restaurant activities
In the same way as in Denmark, and several other countries, the Norwegian authorities impose a number of requirements on catering businesses. MR Group is responsible for obtaining all relevant approvals for serving, approval from the Work-inspection-authority and various food authorities. With advice at this stage, we make sure that the company has all the current approvals and certificates, which provides security for both owners and customers. MR Group is also happy to assist with advice in relation to the import of food, customs duties and taxes, via our network.
